Losing a loved one or friend can be devastating.  Only you know what it's like and what you are going through.  Joining this circle may help you by discovering what others have done to alleviate the burden of grief that is overwhelming you.

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with others who can empathise with your situation can be an outlet for some of your grief, coupled with advice and information from those who have gone through this sensitive process, you may find some salvation and give you the momentum to move forward with your life and understand that this is part of life.

You can add your experience to help others to come to terms with this distressing part of life and that being alone is never an option to be sanctioned and that you can and will find a way to continue with your life and cherish the memories of those you have lost.
